IPAF 3a & 3b Courses Wrap‑Up at NCIS Global Teesside
We have recently completed a set of IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) 3a and 3b training courses run out of our Teesside training centre. A diverse group of delegates—from facility managers and rental company technicians to construction supervisors—joined us for two days of hands‑on learning, covering both mobile vertical (“3a”) and articulated boom (“3b”) platforms.

Why IPAF 3a & 3b Matter
Legal Compliance: A valid IPAF card demonstrates that operators have met industry‑accepted training standards and comply with UK and EU regulations.
Reduced Risk: Properly trained operators are far less likely to cause accidents, protecting both personnel and equipment.
Operational Efficiency: Skilled operators can set up and manoeuvre machines more quickly and safely, keeping projects on schedule.
